I have a client that is a distributing company and they have 3 differnt prices for their prodcuts. The pricing levels wont' work becuase they're strictly a blanket % off. Each product price needs to be different. They'll need a Cost price, Reseller price, Professional Price, and Retail Price. They'll need also the ability to have the price change depending upon the type of customer that is logged in, i.e. whether they're Retail, Professional, or Reseller. I have no products selected, no discounts selected. Which I understand to mean it applies to everything. However the discount doesn't apply. Bottom line we want codes for 20% off everything, or $20 off everything. Something along those lines. It isn't in test mode. It is turned live. It is set for all customers. The start date is past date and end date is next year. We have it applying to order total. However it doesn't show up if we do full process. But no worries. First: Selected Products = Trigger products (ie by one get one free) it is the first product, the product that triggers the promotion Discounted Products = Product to be discounted. In your case, you wouldn't need to set a selected product, but a discounted product if you just wanted a select amount of products. If you want to have it cover all products in the store, don't add any products to discounted and it will cover all products. Right now they have to select each product it seems, which aside from being a LOT is also not effective if they add new product. Also I am not clear what the difference is between selected and discounted options. Is that possible?
